TO ENSURE EVERYONE’S STAY IS SAFE AND ENJOYABLE WE HAVE THESE RULES:

Check-In: 3 pm or AfterCheck-Out Time: Noon  

SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
NO OUTSIDE WOOD ALLOWED

  • NO FULL REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. If cancelled you will receive 50% refund or a credit to use at a future date in the current season.
  • THERE IS A FEE FOR ADDITIONAL PERSONS, All Campers and Visitors MUST Register at the Office. 
  • CAMPSITE: (2) Vehicles, (2) Tents or (1) RV and (2) vehicles per site: $45 for an extra tent. Campsite includes 2 adults and immediate family children.
  • All campers must be 21 yrs. old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • ALL visitors MUST check in at the main office for a CAR PASS $10 a day. All visitors must leave by 10 pm. 
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY & WELL-BEING AND ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOUR CHILDREN.
  • Please note, there are no supervised children’s areas within the campground. 
  • BE CONSIDERATE – KEEP SITES CLEAN & LITTER FREE.
  • Campfires allowed inside fire rings only. Wood or paper ONLY! NO garbage, plastic, or metal burning allowed.
  • There will be a $100.00 fee for moving fire rings or burning glass or aluminum. 
  • NO OUTSIDE WOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT IN DUE TO GYPSY MOTH AND EMERALD ASH BORER QUARANTINE, FIREWOOD MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE CAMPGROUND STORE.
  • No fireworks, firearms, or sparklers are allowed at anytime.
  • No area rugs or heavy carpets allowed. Lightweight, breathable rugs made for camping are okay, provided they are rolled up when not in use or moved to a new spot every two days. Dead grass spots will be assessed a $100 fee.  
  • Pets must be leashed at all times and are NOT allowed in the store/bathrooms/pool/beach, outside of the designated doggy swim area. All pet waste must be cleaned up.
  • POOL HOURS: 9:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M. subject to close at anytime.
  • No food, beverages, smoking, or pets are allowed inside the gated pool area. 
  • There is no lifeguard in the pool area. Children must be under the care and supervision of an adult or legal guardian when using the pool 
  • BEACH HOURS and INFLATABLES 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM subject to close at anytime. 
  • Children are not allowed at the Pond unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
  • Swimming is at your own risk. NO lifeguard on duty at the pond. 
  • Life jackets are recommended at all times. However, they are required at ALL times while using the INFLATABLES, boats/boards/kayaks. Life Jackets are available at the pond.
  • Catch and release fishing; only in designated areas.

Miscellaneous

  • All ATV, UTV and golf cart drivers on the campground must have a valid driver’s license and follow all posted rules and routes.
  • All ATV, UTV, golf carts are allowed to operate in the campground from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm at a speed no greater than 10 miles per hour.
  • CHAPPARAL RV RESORT IS A FACILITY FOR THE RESPONSIBLE ADULT. 
  • No disorderly conduct or actions will be tolerated.
  • We are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests or for loss of money or valuables or other personal property. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service and the right to ask anyone to leave.
  • The campground is monitored by silent alarm systems and cameras.
  • Please respect our neighbor’s property. Observe and respect, all campground boundaries.
  • PLEASE DO NOT PUT UP ANY POLITICAL SIGNS OR FLAGS. WE ARE A FAMILY CAMPGROUND, NOT A PLACE OF POLITICS.
  • Chapparal RV Resort has WI-FI internet access in designated areas . Ask at the office upon check-in for the network names and passwords.
