Policies & Rules

TO ENSURE EVERYONE’S STAY IS SAFE AND ENJOYABLE WE HAVE THESE RULES:

Registration: NoonCheck-In: After 3 pmCheck-Out Time: Noon  

SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
VISITORS MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE, THERE IS A VISITOR FEE
NO OUTSIDE WOOD ALLOWED

  • VISITOR HOURS 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. – If we are notified soon enough and we can rebook the site, you will be refunded less a $20 service fee.
  • THERE IS A FEE FOR ADDITIONAL PERSONS, All Campers and visitors must Register at the Office 
  • CAMPSITE: (1) tent or (1) RV per site: 2 Adults or 2A & 3C under 12 per site 
  • All campers must be 21 yrs. old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian 
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILD’S SAFETY & WELL-BEING AND ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY CHILDREN
  • Please note there are no supervised children’s areas within the campground 
  • CAMPING: PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE – KEEP SITES CLEAN & LITTER FREE
  • Campfires allowed inside fire rings only wood or paper NO plastic or metal 
  • There will be a $25.00 fee for moving fire rings or burning glass or Aluminum 
  • NO OUTSIDE WOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT IN DUE TO GYPSY MOTH AND EMERALD ASH BORER QUARANTINE, FIREWOOD MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE CAMPGROUND STORE 
  • No fireworks, firearms, or sparklers are allowed at anytime 
  • Pets must be leashed at all times and are NOT allowed in the bathhouse, pool area or on pond toys. All pet waste must be cleaned up after
  • POOL HOURS: 9:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M.
  • No food, beverages, smoking or pets are allowed inside the pool/area 
  • There is no lifeguard in the pool area. Children must be under the care and supervision of an adult or 
  • Legal guardian when using the pool 
  • Pond HOURS and INFLATABLES 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM 
  • Children are not allowed at Pond unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 
  • Swimming is at your own risk no lifeguard at the pond 
  • Life jackets are recommended at all times and available at the pond 
  • Fishing for pan fish is allowed, catch and release game fish.

Miscellaneous

  • All Atv, Utv, and golf cart drivers in campground must have a valid Driver’s License 
  • All Atv, Utv, Golf Carts are allowed to operate in the Park from 7:00 am until 10:00 Pm at a speed no greater than 10 miles per hour
  • CHAPPARAL CAMPGROUND AND WATER PARK L.L.C. IS A FACILITY FOR THE RESPONSIBLE ADULT 
  • No disorderly conduct or actions will be tolerated 
  • We are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests or for loss of money or valuables 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service and the right to ask anyone to leave 
  • The campground is monitored by silent alarm systems and cameras 
  • Please respect our neighbor’s property.  Observe and respect, all campground boundaries
  • PLEASE DO NOT PUT UP ANY POLITICAL SIGNS OR FLAGS, WE ARE A FAMILY CAMPGROUND NOT A PLACE OF POLITICS
  • Chapparal does have WIFI internet access. The password is “campground”
